YNOT Radio is making another addition to its lineup: hourly news breaks and sports updates, which began May 26.
"Because, you know, YNOT Radio is the destination for education and entertainment on Internet radio. It's a place for people to gather online, and we were trying to deliver top-level programming to our listening audience," said marketer Brandy, when asked by AVNOnline.com what provoked the idea of the news and sports breaks.
"It's important to [our listeners], and for all of us, to be apprised of world news. And, there are so many sports enthusiasts out there, now they don't have to go hunting for ESPN or Fox Sports. It's all there. Log in, one feed, one chat room. We want to really make it a true destination."
YNOT's Daron Babin said what goes on around the world often enough affects the way the adult entertainment industry does business. "If there is a major storm affecting an area where you do business, or the Senate is looking to pass a new bill, then you need to know, and you need to know right away," he said. "Now you can simply load our audio feed, kick back, and know what is happening in the world with our up-to-the-moment U.S./World News Breaks and Sports Updates.”
YNOT Radio News, at half past the hour, will include top stories from around the world and around the United States. The sports updates are slated to include scores and interviews with players and coaches where possible. Listeners can load the audio feed, listen to favorite YNOT Radio shows, and get current newsworthy information in a single click, YNOT said.
