Adult Web hosting specialists XXXWebhost.nl kicked off the summer season with a new array of services.
Among their new packages is a 10-megabit hosting solution featuring a 2.4GHz Pentium 4 with 256MB of RAM and 40GB of disk space for 400 euros per month.
The summer services are being dubbed the "Get To Know Us" offer.
"One of the barriers many European companies have to connecting with the American market is as simple as a language barrier: the way a product is presented to a European audience, the way we have presented it before, is very different," co-owner Sjoerd Venema told AVNOnline.com. "By creating packages, of which this is just the first, we plan to produce a sort of translation of our services that makes them more familiar and easier to compare for American/Canadian customers, and lets the customer focus more on the real advantages our hosting offers.”
“The package is intended to meet the needs of most adult Webmasters in a simple, easy-to-understand fashion,” Venema added. “We believe that we can also provide many benefits to non-European Webmasters, and combined with that, the package is more complete than most American hosting companies can offer."
XXXWebhost.nl is on the Amsterdam Internet Exchange, one of the biggest datacenters in Europe. By hosting in Europe, they believe adult Webmasters can gain substantially would be possible from the United States while maintaining fast, high-quality access to American markets.
Until now, XXXWebhost's clients have consisted mostly of European customers, but with the Get To Know Us offering, they said they want to help adult Webmasters from all over the world see the advantages of hosting in Europe.
"The political climate in the United States has become an increasingly important issue, especially for adult Websites," said co-owner Richard Vonk. XXXWebhost.nl began as Open-Doors.nl in 1997. The company said they evolved into what they are today when they realized there was a demand that existing companies did not meet.
