XonDemand.com has announced Marc Goldberg as the company’s new gay webmaster and content representative.
Since June, Goldberg has assumed responsibility for working within the gay community to maintain contact with existing gay webmasters and studios as well as finding new business opportunities for XonDemand. In addition Goldberg has recently begun his own blog, GoldiesGayGalaxy.com, which takes “a fun and exciting look at pop culture, gay porn, and anything else of interest.”
“I am so excited to be working within the gay community for XonDemand,” says Goldberg. “As a gay male, it only makes sense that I work with what I know best. This new role allows me more opportunity to comfortably interact with other gay webmasters and studios in order to begin or maintain partnerships.” Goldberg added that he looked forward to helping fit and customize theaters for as many gay studios as possible.
“As far as my blog, what can I say? I love to write, so this is a natural fit for me to be able to work on something this fun. The initial response has been so overwhelmingly positive, sometimes I can’t believe it is real,” says Goldberg.
Employed at XonDemand since April 2004, Goldberg has performed a variety of roles within the company including assisting in the entry of all new movies into the video-on-demand system as well as a vast amount of SEO work. Prior to joining XonDemand, Goldberg worked for more than eight years at a major cable television shopping network where he wrote online product descriptions that appeared on the company’s website.
XonDemand features in excess of 26,000 new and classic movies available in four separate screening rooms and organized into more than 130 niches catering to virtually every taste and preference. The site offers content from such studios as Hustler, Adam & Eve, Red Light District Video, Evil Angel, Digital Sin, New Sensations, Legend, Metro Interactive, Totally Tasteless Video, Bacchus, Filmco, Jake Cruise, Male Media One, and Private, with new releases continually being added.
