MONTREAL—Wicked Picutres today releases Love/Hate, a new anthology production directed by multiple AVN Award winner Seth Gamble.
The movie "delivers a darkly comedic and emotionally charged exploration of modern relationships, examining the volatile space where passion and resentment collide," promo materials describe.
Elaborates a company synopsis, "Love/Hate unfolds across four intense encounters between former lovers whose paths cross again in unexpected circumstances. An argument between exes spirals into a reckless reunion, two strangers hiding from their pasts discover they’ve checked into the same motel room, a grieving man revisits the memories of a relationship shattered by mistrust, and a bitter breakup builds toward one final, explosive confrontation. Each story explores how love, anger, regret and desire can exist side by side, revealing just how thin the line between devotion and destruction can be."
The ensemble cast of Love/Hate includes Lexi Lore, Lily LaBeau, Gal Ritchie and Ameena Green, along with Ryan Driller, Will Pounder, Isiah Maxwell and Jason Sarcinelli.
“Love/Hate explores the moments where love and resentment exist in the same breath,” Gamble explained. “These stories cut straight to the emotional core of relationships—the fights, the power shifts, the nostalgia and the desire that keeps pulling people back even when they know better. I’m incredibly proud of the cast and crew for bringing so much honesty and restraint to each scene. Every performance feels lived-in, every moment earned, and the result is something intimate, uncomfortable and deeply human.”
Love/Hate is available now at Wicked.com.
