Wicked has extended the exclusive performance contract of reigning AVN Best New Starlet Stormy for another year, while expanding her duties to include screenwriting and directing. Stormy first signed with Wicked in 2002.
In addition to performing in a set number of projects, Stormy will write eight screenplays and direct three videos, with the option to direct more if she can squeeze them into her schedule.
“Wicked is definitely the best company to work for,” Stormy said. “[Wicked owner] Steve Orenstein is definitely the best guy to work for. They allow me to grow. When I go in with an idea that I want to try, they give me the OK.”
Eight of the eleven adult screenplays Stormy wrote last year were produced, including Wicked’s Kink and Suspicious Minds.

Her directorial debut, One Night In Vegas, starring fellow Wicked Girl Kaylani Lei, recently wrapped production and is slated for release on January 26, 2005
Asked whether she preferred performing, screenwriting, or directing, the blonde Wicked Girl told AVN.com, “Performing. Definitely performing. Unless maybe my favorite thing is performing in a script that I’ve written.”
Stormy has yet to direct and perform in a screenplay that she has written — and the challenge isn’t one she’s likely to take up in the near future.
“There’s simply too much to do. The guys can do it because they don’t have to wait around for makeup and stuff. Besides, I like to direct in my pajamas,” Stormy said.
One Night In Vegas was shot in two days at Stormy’s house; ergo, her opportunity to wear pajamas during the shoot.
Since re-signing with Wicked, Stormy has starred in the company’s first interactive release, The Perfect Stormy, now in stores. The Perfect Stormy is also notable as being the first Wicked title in recent memory not to use condoms.
“I only worked without a condom because my partner was my husband [adult performer/director Pat Myne]. Condoms kinda ruin the interactive fantasy,” Stormy explained.
Two-and-a-half years into her career in adult, the Louisiana native admits that her career keeps her pretty busy. Besides her performing, directing and writing duties for Wicked Pictures, Stormy also runs her own Web site, appears at promotions for Wicked as needed, and is a popular feature dancer.
“I’m just super-busy. I only have four days off in September. If you only have four days off, you don’t really have any days off, because you’re running around getting stuff done,” Stormy said.
“My first couple of weeks in, Devinn Lane said, ‘Prepare yourself. There will come a time very soon where you will pray for a day off because you’ll be so busy — but you’ll love every minute of it.’
“And she was 100 percent correct,” she added.
