Bob Floyd, the owner of an Priscilla's stores, has been indicted by a Wichita, Kan., grand jury and faces up to a year in jail and a maximum $2,500 fine for allegedly promoting obscenity, according to The Wichita Eagle.
Priscilla’s are popular places to buy gifts for bachelorette and bachelor parties. The indictment centers around one of two Priscilla’s stores in Wichita and a DVD about oral sex. The video is produced by Extreme 2.0 and is available also on the Internet.
His stores also sell sex toys such as vibrators, sex-themed games and lingerie
Floyd owns 12 stores in four states. His lawyer said his client is not guilty of promoting obscenity.
