Webmaster Access Europe Report: Off the Hook

Webmaster Access Europe hit full stride Saturday with what easily can be called one of the premier webmaster parties of the year.

Sure, there probably still were a lot more guys than there were women, but the party thrown by Epoch, SexSearch, and Interclimax at the Supper Club Saturday evening definitely was one to remember.

Attendees were greeted with champagne, sushi, and pseudo-Japanese hostesses. As things got going, dancers and performance artists stepped up and dressed down…to nothing.

The club turned into three floors of decadence and free-flowing drinks, with a VIP area on the third floor, the main performance area on the second, and a hopping bar downstairs.

Even with multiple DJs and plenty of dancing, one of the highlights of the evening was when everything in the lower bar went quiet and the crowd broke into a chorus of Happy Birthday for Odie.

Thanks in large part to show organizer Eric Matis and Interclimax President Ben Jelloun, Webmaster Access Europe’s second foray into Amsterdam clearly has been one to remember.

With a diverse crowd and great events this show, along with events like the Phoenix Forum and Internext Summer, easily has become one of the highlights of what seems like an endless show year.
