Watchme.com Launches, Makes Money for Amateur Porn Stars

This month saw the official launch of WatchMe.com, a new adult website that enables members of the public to earn money from their own homemade adult movies and clips.

The site, which launched July 4th, has already signed up 2,000 users and contributors.

Footage submitted to the site is reviewed by owners and operators of WatchMe.com, and if footage meets the site’s strict guidelines, it is then posted for viewers. Amateur adult filmmakers can then collect on any revenue generated by their footage; revenue is accrued every time a user views a film, on a per-minute basis.

Contributing to the site works like this: simply register on the site, upload video files using drag-and-drop software, write a brief description of your movie and add accompanying promotional photo.

Members can also log in to check the number of movie views, length of the views and how much revenue has been earned. Once earnings exceed £15 (about 28 US dollars), members can choose to receive payment via direct bank deposit, check or PayPal account.

For users, the site offers pay-per-view streaming videos from “as little as 5 (pennies) pence per minute,” and there are no membership fees or monthly charges.

The site’s technology allows contributors to upload their own videos to the site, from the comfort of their own homes. Each contributor then receives 60 percent of all revenue generated when the movie is viewed.

An additional feature of the site is the option to rate movies, write reviews, and even securely contact contributors via the site’s private email system.

“The high level of viewer input means that the site is extremely user-friendly and ensures that it delivers exactly what visitors want to see,” the company says in a press release.

The site boasts a large selection of amateur and professional adult movies and fresh content is being added daily by members.

“With WatchMe.com’s already established worldwide market, and the increasing popularity of online movie sharing, the ability to generate revenue from home movies is now a reality,” the company states.
