A North Carolina man is facing charges of conspiring to produce Internet child porn, for allegedly watching Webcam transmission of a New York grandfather sexually abusing his young granddaughter has been charged with conspiring to produce child porn, news wire reports said March 23.
William Richard Ladendorf has a May 2 court date, following his March 17 indictment in federal court, according to those reports. The grandfather—whose identity has not been disclosed in the press to protect the girl—faces federal charges of producing and possessing child porn, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Buffalo told reporters.
Ladendorf—divorced, with a nine-year-old daughter who spends every other weekend in his home, according to the wire reports—is accused over his October contact with the New York grandfather, whom he knew sexually abused his ten-year-old granddaughter, and his seeing streaming video of the acts transmitted from the grandfather's Web cam, according to filings in the case.
Court records indicated Ladendorf admitted watching the online child sex abuse show to an FBI agent, as well as sending the girl sexually suggestive e-mail and admitting to a sexual taste for girls aged 12-14.
