Vienna's City Hall has opened a "sex hot line" to raise funds for remodeling and expansion of the Austrian capital's largest library.
The telephone service charges callers 53 cents per minute to hear Austrian stage and film actress Anne Bennent read from the library's collection of 1,200 works of erotic fiction from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
Officials said the hot line would be operational through May 31.
