Azz Fest differs from other recent series launched by Videoteam because it’s not clearly an interracial tape. While the series may include interracial scenes, it’s really all about “great asses,” according to the series director, Van Stylez.
“The only thing I consider when casting for this series is if the girls are good performers with great asses,” said Stylez. “We come across really cute girls that don’t do interracial. It’s a shame we can’t use them, but this is a series where we can."
According to Stylez, most of the girls already do interracial, it's just that there are no rules as far as the race boundaries go with this series. The first volume of the series, released Friday in both VHS and DVD formats, has only one interracial scene – between Cherokee and Mr. Marcus. Cherokee didn’t want to do anal, the only girl in the video to choose not to do so, “but her ass is so good she was worth putting in it anyway,” Stylez said.
Azz Fest #1 also includes Belladonna, who has purposely raised her rates to a level where most directors won’t want to hire her. “I’ve seen her work and I think that she’s worth the money,” Stylez said.
After shooting her scene with Kurt Lockwood, Stylez was impressed with her energy. He points to the behind-the-scenes footage where Belladonna praises Lockwood’s abilities as a swordsman as proof of her enthusiasm for her profession.
But was the footage from Belladonna and Lockwood’s first full-blown sex scene together worth the extra money?
“Yeah, definitely,” Stlyez said, but quickly suggested that all of the scenes were very good.
There are three other “great asses” in the video, belonging to: Austin O’Riley, Fiona Cheeks and Olivia O’Riley. Each of these women takes on two guys for a d.p.
While Azz Fest, which streets October 30th, is the first series that Van Stylez single handedly created, it bring the total number of series that he currently directs up to five, an impressive feat for someone who has been directing for under a year.
“Christian [Mann, owner of Videoteam] saw me advancing more and more on each series I shot,” Stylez said, explaining his rapid ascent. “Now that I’m editing my own movies, I’m aware of a lot things I wasn’t before. I’ve become more critical about things like lighting and sound. I’m always trying to do better on each movie and I guess that it shows.”
