LOS ANGELES—AVN Hall of Fame star Tyffany Million—who has also had stints as a pro wrestler, radio host, inventor, licensed private investigator-bounty hunter and reality TV star during her diverse career—is the star of Wife, Mom, Bounty Hunter, a 2007 reality series produced by pop culture content pioneers World of Wonder (WOW).
The company has recently re-released the rarely-seen series on its streaming platform WOWPresentsPlus. Originally licensed by the Women’s Entertainment (WE) TV Channel, the series was shelved after one season over the concerns of company shareholders regarding Million’s adult industry work, which goes unmentioned in the show.
WOW is the production company behind RuPaul’s Drag Race, the iconic, long-running reality competition and its spin-off shows.
An early entry into the reality genre alongside other shows of the era like Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Jersey Shore and The Real Housewives franchises, Wife, Mom, Bounty Hunter featured Million’s real-life family—her now ex-husband Ron Scott and two daughters, Sabree and Ever-Skye. Each episode combined elements of at-home drama with the unique job demands of a bounty hunter for her own company, Old West Bail Bonds.
Million (aka Sandra Scott) has had a remarkable career in both mainstream and adult entertainment. In the late ‘80s, before getting into adult, Million’s first brush with reality TV was as a cast member of 1986 syndicated show Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, or G.L.O.W., under her ring name Tiffany Mellon. She and tag team partner Roxy Astor were known as the “Park Avenue Knockouts.”
“I have been called many things in my life,” Million told AVN. “The one thing I've been called several times is a ‘thrill-seeker with a death wish.’ I just am not attracted to the everyday normal. I'm just attracted to the offbeat and the out-of-the-way and the crazy. What can I say? These are just the things that attracted me and I could just never do 9-to-5. I could just never do normal. It's just not in my playbook.”
Embarking on an adult career in 1992, she appeared frequently through the late ‘90s for studios including Evil Angel, VCA, Wicked, Legend Video, Zane Entertainment, and many others. She also had her own production company for a time with Immaculate Video Conceptions. In addition to her video work, Million also was a headlining feature dancer. In 2012, she appeared in the documentary film series After Porn Ends.
In the late ‘90s, her life was upended by a divorce, which eventually led her to a career in investigations following repeated attempts by her daughter's father to evade child support payments. After years of tracking down his financial dealings in order to present her case in family court, Million realized she had a knack for gathering evidence using old-fashioned, “gum shoe” techniques.
“So, in the early 2000s, when I was looking for a new career, my stepdad—I call him my dad—who's a retired police chief, two-time Vietnam vet, and FBI Academy graduate—suggested, ‘Hey, you've developed the skills of a private investigator, why don't you make that your career?’ So, I did. I went to Nick Harris Detective Academy in Van Nuys, California and studied and got licensed and became a licensed private investigator.
“And I did eventually haul his ass into court. After all those years of tracking him and making notes and gathering evidence, I forced him into a corner and the state was going to send him to jail,” Million said.
After reaching an agreement regarding her daughter’s custody, the new Mrs. Scott relocated with Ron and her daughters and became a licensed investigator and bail bondsman, based in the town of Florence, Arizona.
By the time Wife. Mom, Bounty Hunter aired in 2007, Million had already been retired from adult for several years and had earned a reputation as a bounty hunter who could crack tough cases that confounded other investigators.
Each episode features suspects who have violated bail, being tracked and caught by Million, as she balanced worklife with her role as a wife and mother. She said she has even stayed in touch with a few of those arrested, who credited her with helping to turn their lives around.
She recalled a young woman named Lyea, in episode 2, whose file was turned over for investigation as a particularly hard case. Using a fake MySpace page, Million was able to locate, lure out and apprehend Lyea, resulting in a jail term.
“So, the interesting thing about Lyea is that she and I are still friends to this day,” Million said. “I was sending her books from Amazon and staying in touch with her. She was sending me letters... When she got out of prison, she had her mother contact me and credited me with straightening out her life.
“She is now a successful married mother of two. We have stayed in touch all these years, and tomorrow, my boyfriend and I are meeting up with her at her work, and she and I are going to have pizza together. And then I want to do an interview with her, a follow-up interview—a ‘where are they now?’ since the show clip,” she described.
Strangely enough, a sudden divorce has had a transformative effect on her life once again, with a 2024 split from Ron. Million had only positive things to say about her ex-husband, who she called an "exemplary human being." She also feels positive about a slate of projects and possibilities that have opened up for her.
“I feel like my journey is just beginning. Even with everything I've done. I'm gonna be 60 years old next April and I feel better than ever. I feel sexier than ever. I feel more energized than ever. I feel more clear-minded and focused than ever. I feel more empowered than ever. I feel more sure of myself than ever and, you know, my wits are sharper than ever. I am more authentic and more myself than I have ever been in my life, and I am unafraid to be myself, be my authentic self, and set my parameters and my boundaries,“ Million said.
She has returned to adult entertainment with an OnlyFans page, for now. The re-release of the reality series is a happy development, while she also hopes to complete the final draft of a memoir by October. A return to professional adult sets may also be in the cards; Million said she is looking forward to the 2026 AVN Expo where she hopes to meet with studios and producers.
“I will return to major productions,” the Hall of Famer said. “It's just how I'm gonna do it. I'm contemplating right now whether to self-produce or I'm going to go under contract. I'm just not quite sure how I'm going to do it and I'm waiting until after AVN 2026 to make my decision.”
But, since she has recently renewed her investigator’s license and is waiting on a bail bondsman license, she can’t commit to anything just now. Million said she has to replace a lot of equipment needed for law enforcement work, which she plans on doing—and some former colleagues have expressed serious interest in having her return to catching the bad guys.
“I'm working for Quantum Investigations in Mesa, Arizona,” Million revealed. “I'm in the process of getting my bail bondsman license back, which will license me to do bounty hunting again. I should have that any day now. I will also be doing bounty-hunting and bail bonds for Renegade Bail Bonds, which is owned by Quantum Investigations.”
Could another reality show be in the works? Followers will just have to keep up with Million to find out.
“I have a lot of irons in the fire, so I'm, I'm just kind of sitting back and seeing how everything kind of plays out. You know, I'm in no rush,” she said.
