TTS Loft Available for Shoots

A 5,800-square-foot, industrial ground floor loft with two different studios is available for adult film shoots beginning this week.

TTS Loft features two 1,500 square-foot studios that are clean, modern and well equipped for production needs.

Veteran photographer Brett Andrews has spent over nine months preparing the space located near Sherman Way and Fulton.

“The whole place is being dressed out as a live-in loft, like a hybrid between a stage and a location. We’re not going to be building things for people. If someone needs to build something, they’re welcome to do that. There is plenty of room,” Andrews said. “I’m providing just a really nice shooting space that’s furnished with tons of power, separate makeup areas, polished floors, air conditioning. It’s clean, comfortable and workable. There is room for everybody.”

The location includes leather, European-style furniture, top-of-the-line bathroom fixtures and ample private parking that is connected to the facility. It also has an “ultra lounge,” an expresso bar and an area of store frontage that opens onto the sidewalk.

“People could dress it as a donut shop, a clothing store, a post office,” he said, offering a few suggestions.

“What they’re going to get here is the look and feeling of a downtown loft without having to go downtown. The concept is to make it easy for people to shoot, keep it spotless and keep it constantly changing from the colors to the furniture. The non-structural parts to it will be changing constantly.”

Andrews said that Jay Shanahan, who owned The Stage, is helping get the TTS Studio started in an advisory role.

In addition, Andrews said he has redecorated the adjacent Goathouse Studio, his personal photo studio that is now also available to rent.

Club Jenna will be the first to utilize the TTS Loft on Wednesday.
