The Treasure Island Media team has announced the creation of a new weblog that will be hosted on its own site, www.treasureislandblog.com.
Fueled by complimentary comments that were printed about an occasionally updated blog contributed to by company owner Paul Morris, public relations director Saul Austin decided to pen a more regular one himself. “Cybersocket [magazine] printed some pretty complimentary things about our [old] blog, so we figured it was time for us to get [a new] one,” Austin said. “And getting Paul to write it was like pulling teeth, so I broke down, offered up my services, and got the blog in motion.”
Covering the daily goings-on at the notoriously controversial porn company (one of several up-and-coming bareback studios), the blog will offer an insider’s view of what it’s like to go behind the scenes of a hardcore porn company. Said Austin, “And I’m really excited that I get to be the one doing the chronicling.”
That said, Austin adds that he hopes his initiative lures lapsed blogger Morris back to the keyboard as well. “Hopefully it’ll incite Paul to write rather than spend all of his time making porn,” Austin said.
