In response to the tragedy at Littleton's High School, Cyberangels, the largest and oldest online safety program, has set up the "Kids In Danger Reportline" (KIDReportline). Classmates often are the first to suspect when a fellow classmate is dangerous to himself or others. Yet, they fear reporting their suspicions, and often don't know where to report them.
Cyberangels will give them a place to report their concerns. Already launched, the KIDReportline will allow classmates to report Websites that threaten violence or suicide directly to Ms. Aftab, a cyberspace lawyer and Cyberangels' Executive Director.... Cyberangels will forward credible threats to applicable law enforcement authorities and school administrators and will provide support to students.
