Britney Rears, the star of three volumes of Hustler's franchise series with X-Play, has opened her own online store.
Those who visit www.britneyrears.com will now have access to The Britney Rears Store which includes adult sex items, DVDs, Video on Demand, and sexy apparel.
“As we continue to expand the Britney brand, we’re moving into many areas including online sales, telecommunication deals and other areas which is pretty exciting as we head into this new era of porn," said Scott David of X-Play.
Britney Rears debuted in the spring of 2005 with Britney Rears: Wild Back Stage Sex Party, which became LFP's best-selling title that year. The parody of pop singer Britney Spears was shot in a VH-1, "Behind-the-Music" style and poked good-natured fun at the popular singer.
The sequel helped to build a brand for Britney Rears, before Hillary Scott replaced Jessica Sweet in the lead role for the third volume, which is arguably the strongest in the series.
“The series now has very little to do with Britney Spears as Britney Rears is an adult brand all its own," said director Will Rider. "We can take her crazy adventures anywhere we want to go now which is a very fun position to be in."
