With a white sand tropical backdrop, Tera Patrick and a group of hotties manage to get down and dirty in Teravision’s Teradise Island: Anal Fever, set for release Tuesday through Vivid Entertainment.
The two-disc title features Patrick losing her inhibitions as she takes husband Spyder Jonez in her ass doggie style then taking him again anally, cowgirl fashion before he pops his load on her face.
Shot in high definition in outdoor locations in Hawaii, the title takes advantage of the scenery by featuring waterfalls, beachscapes and the tropical landscape.

Meanwhile, Patrick is hitting the road to with a stop on Friday and Saturday at the Uptown Cabaret, 108 E. Morehead St. in Charlotte, N.C. where she will feature dance and visit with fans for pictures and provide DVDs and other merchandise for purchase.
