TEN Inks Mobile Content Deal with Brickhouse

New Frontier Media subsidiary TEN has signed a five-year deal with mobile carrier Brickhouse Mobile to develop and distribute TEN-branded wireless Adult content around the world.

New Frontier said the deal – which includes Adult videos, celebrity voice tones, sexy wallpapers, and casino and action games with celebrity talent – compliments TEN’s pay-per-view, video-on-demand, and subscription television now available in more than 75 million homes in the United States. Brickhouse will develop a full mobile strategy for TEN as well as category-exclusive product offerings for TEN, with TEN recognizing Brickhouse as its sole wireless applications developer and promoter.

The first content developed under the new deal will come available by spring through Websites, WAP sites, Java applications, and BREW applications for American and world markets, New Frontier said. Both companies will work with industry and government representatives to ensure standards compliance.

"We are extremely excited about the opportunity to promote and distribute our extensive library to the wireless market,” TEN president Ken Boenish said announcing the deal.

“The Brickhouse team has successfully promoted mainstream branded content around the world, and we intend to fully leverage their experience as well as their relationships with the major carriers,” he continued. "This is yet another example of how we are focused on using our existing content and state-of-the-art technical infrastructure to take advantage of new distribution opportunities and generate incremental revenue for the company."
