Author and sex educator Tristan Taormino’s Web site has been redesigned by her longtime hosting company Backbone Technology.
The new PuckerUp.com features site-wide search capabilities; an online version of the Double T, Taormino’s monthly email newsletter; and the debut of Tristan’s personal tell-all blog. The author also plans to add weekly live chats and the OpenUp Forum, a free community area where readers can debate and dialogue.
“It was time to say goodbye to the green and pink,” said Taormino, “and hello to a site that’s easy to read and navigate. It’s got a sexy, bold, clean design that’s exciting but also extremely accessible.”
The site also features a store with products specifically designed and chosen by Taormino. However, she says the main goal of the redesign was to create a more timely and dynamic experience for her readers.
“With the help of new technology that powers my site, I’ve made a commitment to keep in touch with readers and update my site much more frequently than I was able to in the past. I’ll be adding content to various sections daily, weekly, and monthly.”
