HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—The X-Rated Critics Organization (XRCO) Awards is inviting performers across the adult entertainment industry to participate in the 2026 XRCO Awards Nominations Announcement Video, offering talent a high-visibility opportunity to be showcased in a presentation seen throughout the industry.
The video will serve as the official format for revealing the nominees across all 2026 XRCO Awards categories.
The video presentation format was introduced during the COVID era, when social distancing requirements and homebound performers “inspired a creative workaround that turned a difficult situation into something fun,” an event spokesperson said. “It has since become a beloved staple of the XRCO Awards. Year after year, some of the adult industry's finest talent have contributed fun and sexy clips that bring energy and excitement to the nominations reveal.”
"The nominations announcement videos have become one of the most anticipated parts of our awards season," said XRCO Awards Show coordinator Alexander "Monstar" Raymond. "We love seeing the creativity and personality that performers bring to these clips, and we look forward to welcoming new faces alongside returning favorites in 2026."
"It is a lot of work for us putting together these video clips sent in by past and present industry legends and performers—and a lot of fun. We ask for creative, sexy, entertaining, hopefully a bit humorous—and fun—vid clips, and we get some awesome ones. "Talent have two options. They can be assigned an award category and announce the nominees, or they can create what we call an ‘in-between’ clip,” Bob added. “These are free-form videos connected in some way to themselves and the adult industry that help bridge the announcement segments. We keep the guidelines fairly open. As long as the clip is fun and appropriate, they have the freedom to be creative and submit something that reflects their personality."

Founded in 1984, the XRCO Awards spotlights both emerging talent and legendary icons through its annual Hall of Fame inductions. The awards are voted on exclusively by adult entertainment critics and writers, recognizing outstanding achievements in performance, direction and production.
