Sunset Thomas, a 4-year-old filly named after the former porn star, won a race in Alberta, Canada Sunday.
The horse, owned by thoroughbred race horse owner Lew Marsten, beat a field of six by eight lengths as Thomas herself listened on the telephone to Track Manager Dot Stein who described the action, her publicist said.
The race took place at the Rocky Mountain Turf Club in Lethridge, Alberta. Marsten bought the horse in April 2004 and named her after his favorite porn star.
