Strip Club Sues Man Over $78K Tab

The Penthouse Executive Club cabaret has filed a lawsuit against a Manhattan man who refused to pay a $78,000 tab.

According to the lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Mark Tuminaro, 34, ran up a $77,838 tab on steak dinners, cocktails, private lap dances and other services for himself and his friends without paying, the New York Daily News reported Wednesday.

Perry Burkett, a lawyer who represents the club said Tuminaro apparently couldn't control his spending habits and has refused to honor his debt to the club.

Court documents identify Tuminaro as an executive at Mark-It Productions.

But another lawsuit shows him as head of Firebrand Productions, a company being sued by a travel agency for $17,832 in unpaid bills.

The club’s lawsuit is the second in a month against an apparent deadbeat customer. In August, it sued another man who allegedly stiffed the club on his $102,837 bill.
