VAN NUYS, Calif. - AVN Hall of Fame director John Stagliano has relaunched Buttman.com, the flagship website for the persona that made him famous and revolutionized the adult video business.
"I have realized that I must be there on the site, active myself, interacting with members and striving to make the site something more then a corporate vehicle for me to make some extra money," he said.
After personally reviewing the newly revamped site for two months, Stagliano has come to some decisions about his content and the direction of Buttman's online presence.
"My site will never be a niche site about big asses," he said. "That is not what I want to shoot. I would rather explore sexuality and my arousal from ass in different ways than just trying to find another big ass girl to shoot that week.
"Buttman is now being updated with new scenes that I am shooting, exploring harder boy/girl action, as well as single girl fetish, and great older Buttman scenes. While the emphasis is still on ass other things are also highlighted: Nipple play and tit torture is a favorite side interest of mine, as well as feet, big tits, breath control, macro clit shots, clothespins...I could go on and on."
The Buttman site is now updated three times aa week.
"The Friday update is a new hardcore Buttman boy/girl scene, or something from my award-winning features, Fashionistas, Fashionistas Safado, Buda, or Buttman in the Crack," Stagliano said. "I have so many great scenes with Rocco Siffredi!"
Stagliano will add live feeds to his Friday updates beginnning April 10. He plans to webcast live at least once a month.
This is an exciting new approach for me, and I think my special talents may help me with this," he said. "I hope it is unpredictable fun."
The site's Wednesday updates will feature a mix of boy/girl and solo scenes.
"Wednesday's updates can be either a new single girl thing from my Stretch Class series or an older Buttman scene that has yet to be put on my site," he said. "I absolutely love the single girl stuff in Stretch Class, but I know some people prefer boy/girl action so there will always be at least one boy/girl scene update per week."
Monday updates are mostly reserved for behind-the-scenes content and bonus footage.
"Sometimes the footage has never been seen before, not even in DVD extras," Stagliano said. "Usually, there is a bit more talking and exploring mentally, with the physical stuff adding spice, but not always being the main thing."
Stagliano has added trailer to the site's member's area, teasing the updates for the coming weeks.
"It is a feature that I think will help the member to see if he wants to stay a member or cancel," He said.
Membership to Buttman.com gives the user access to all of Evil QAngel's sites.
"We have 30 sites with 3,000 scenes available and we do 35 updates a week," Stagliano said. "This is, I think, an incredible value."
Stagliano has also developed new pricing options for the consumer.
"There is an option of a low monthly charge of $7.95 per month billed one time at $95.40 for a year, also there is the option for the member to join for just one month for $29.95, non-recurring, so there is no need to hassle with canceling," he explained. "And finally, there is the option to join for $29.95 for the first month, with the recurring billing happening at only $14.95. This will allow the member to enjoy the 35 weekly updates for an extra month or two while paying less.
"I hope these new pricing ideas work. I want to give the customer more choice with how he wants to enjoy our stuff."
Whatever the customer's concern or question, Stagliano will answer it.
"I am on the Buttman.com site in the member’s area every week answering questions," he said. "This will never be someone pretending to me. That is not the way we do things here at Evil Angel."
