Smart SMS Corp has entered into an agreement to work together with KSEXRadio.com to expand the show’s marketing beyond Internet airwaves.
In a nutshell, the pact allows listeners to use SMS technology to text in entries for KSEX contests. SMS technology then is experienced by a wider range of individuals than before. KSEX gets to build its database, which in turn attracts more advertisers later.
"Smart SMS Corp. is making an effort to incorporate SMS technology into Internet marketing, so this is a great partnership," said Gordon Lee, chief executive officer of Smart SMS Corp. "We want to show radio stations how premium SMS will allow them to connect with listeners beyond the airwaves.
"KSEXRadio.com is looking to expand the reach of their station with the campaign. This is a merger of technologies that’s going to enhance the adult entertainment experience," said KSEX representative Wankus. "We’re looking forward to meeting the winners and getting to know the people that listen to our shows."
Lee agreed. "Smart SMS will also allow radio stations, both Internet and broadcast, to build databases that they can resell to advertisers via the Smart SMS Mobile-Coupon," he said. "KSEX is in tune with its audience, and this gives us a chance to apply Smart SMS to a focus group."
Listeners can text the letters "KSEX" to 54015 to enter the contest to win a round-trip ticket to Los Angeles with hotel accommodations, plus a chance to co-host for the day with various porn stars and DJs. Other entries also can qualify to win free videos and novelty items from KSEX.
