Sizemore Getting Clean, Waiting to See Sex Tape

For a man who hit rock bottom not long ago, actor and now celebrity sex tape performer Tom Sizemore seems to be in relatively good spirits.

He’s tucked away in a tranquil rehab facility getting over his methamphetamine habit and awaiting a Sept. 15 court date, when he will face sentencing for failing a court-ordered drug test, a violation of his parole based on a conviction for abusing ex-girlfriend and ex-Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.

The 43-year-old star of Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, and Heat spoke candidly with AVNOnline.com on Friday morning about his downfall, his entry into adult, his rather controversial sex tape commentary, and his feelings about “that girl,” as he often refers to Fleiss.

Clearly, with hopes to revive his acting career, Sizemore’s top priority is getting clean and staying out of jail. Although he admits not taking previous rehab stints seriously, the thespian seems to view this as his last shot.

“The consequences of this repeated drug use is unacceptable to me,” he told AVNOnline.com “It’s going to end up with dire consequences to me that I’m not willing to have in my life.

“I’ve been in here long enough to interrupt the behavior and take a good, hard look at what’s happened. My ability is to essentially write my life and get on with it.”

Looking back at what he calls his “fall” – which has included several stops in the legal system, parole violations, other visits to rehab, and considerable drug abuse – Sizemore hangs some of the blame on sometime industry hanger-on Fleiss, at one point mentioning the exact date the Los Angeles Police Department arrested him for abusing her: May 8, 2003.

While he refuses to speak ill of Fleiss, other than to call her a liar, Sizemore is adamant that no abuse ever occurred, either on tape or in person.

“To have someone with no evidence, 14 months after we were split, say ‘He hit me two-and-a-half years ago….’ I’ve never hit a woman in my life,” he told AVNOnline.com. “Whatever these tapes have on them, they’re probably showing that I’m a very considerate person.”

While the actor says he hasn’t seen the sex tape footage, which is online at XXXTom.com thanks to Paris Hilton sex-tape peddler XPays, watching the footage gives one the feeling Sizemore’s commentary about Fleiss and other matters were for public consumption all along.

Sizemore admitted his commentary was no coincidence, saying it was planned for a documentary about his downfall. After his first arrest, he bought six cameras, stationed them around his house, and turned them on whenever something interesting was happening, he said. There’s also mainstream footage, which the actor plans to release as Hollywood De-evolution: Tom Sizemore’s Nightmare.

“When I was fucking all these broads, it was a performance piece that lasted three years where I would address the camera and I was talking to the greater you. ‘You’ was whoever was watching,” Sizemore said. “There’s, I think, probably a lot of anger in there and cynicism about the legal system, rehabs, and what I was going through.”

His anger translates into some rather inflammatory statements about the LAPD, as well. The worst instance comprises Sizemore saying he hopes “22 cops are murdered over the weekend.”

“I don’t recall saying that, and I don’t believe it,” the actor said, noting he was probably intoxicated at the time. “I don’t feel that way at all. They haven’t been very nice to me, but they’re just doing their jobs.”

Sizemore’s recorded sex romps aren’t all ugly, though. There are a lot of girls, most of whom the actor lived with during the past few years, and there is a lot of sex. It seems the actor is an ass man: His recorded sexual antics involve a lot of analingus.

While not shy about his own sexual antics, Sizemore continually played coy about the women with whom he’s been involved. The ones in the sex tape currently being hawked aren’t terribly noteworthy, but somewhere there is also a sex tape of the star with actress and model Elizabeth Hurley.

“I’ve seen how unfair people can be to celebrities first-hand now with myself and before that with other people I was friends with, and I in no way want to bring someone into this who either isn’t here to defend themselves or say it’s okay, etc.,” Sizemore said.

Although restarting his career after getting sober is his number one goal, the actor didn’t rule out an adult foray. He said Hollywood is “a very forgiving place.”

“If I can get Tera Patrick, Belladonna, Jenna Jameson, and Lanny Barbie in the same movie… My manager would probably sit on me, but if I could crawl over him I might want to do that,” Sizemore said.
