With bright polyester outfits and a wild afro, Shy Love gets nasty while poking fun at the so-called “me decade” in her company’s first title, That 70s Ho, set for release Monday.
“We wanted to make a funny movie and have some fun with it,” said Love, who heads her two-month old Shy Love Productions.
“It’s a parody on the show (“That 70s Show”) but we take things a lot further,” she said.
Directed by Love and Nadia Styles who also stars, the movie focuses on a group of teenage girls and their friends who would rather gossip, hang out and have nasty sex than go to school or to work, Love said.
“We’re all a bunch hos really,” she said. “We tease these guys for a while then we fuck them.”
The cast includes SLP’s contract performers, Brooke Haven, Jenna Presley and Styles. It also features Roxy Jezel, Johnny Knox, Jack Venice and John West.
Knox, who plays a virgin foreign student, is especially funny as he tries to get laid even while he continues to strike out at every turn, Love said.
“Johnny is really great in this movie because he is so funny.”
But sex is what it’s all about as Jezel shows when she hooks up with West for one of the movie's hottest scenes.
“Roxy has this great attitude in the movie where she walks around like nobody can resist her and she carries that into her sex scenes which makes it so much hotter,” Love said.
Presley, who scampers around in pink hot pants throughout the movie, said it was her best experience yet on a movie set.
“I had this great line where I start telling a story about a guy and then I couldn’t remember his cock size and it just cracked me up,” she said.
“But the sex was great too. I had a really hot scene with Jack Venice and you can see that I really got into it.”
Meanwhile, Love is scheduled to dance at the Spearmint Rhino, 15004 Oxnard St. in Van Nuys, Calif., today, through Saturday for several daily shows. For show times, call (818) 994-6453.
She will be available for lap dances, autographs and Polaroids after the show.
Love, who joined the industry in October 2003, started Shy Love Productions in January, with distribution handled by Vicious Media. She is noted for a number of top features and was nominated for an AVN Award this year for her directorial work in Justine’s Red Letters and Shy Love’s Cum Play With Me.
