An 18-year-old man is under investigation for having sex with his 15-year-old girlfriend and sending a video feed of the act to his college dorm room by Webcam. And the girlfriend's stepmother is being investigated for taking nude photographs of the couple, authorities said in search documents filed March 4.
Police in Brookfield seized computer equipment and photographs from the girl's home and the man's University of Wisconsin-Madison dorm room on February 28, according to theMilwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
The paper says police claim in court affidavits that the man told campus police he and his girlfriend had sex in his dorm, but that he'd forgotten to move the Webcam lens as he usually did. The girl reportedly told police she initiated all their sexual encounters, according to the Journal-Sentinel. But campus police are said to have gotten a complaint from another UWM student that the man filmed himself with the girl having sex and broadcast it live online.
The Journal-Sentinel also says the man's own roommate told police someone called the room asking him to turn off the Webcam when the girl was there.
"To put this out over the Web," Waukesha County Assistant District Attorney Brad Schimel told the paper, "appears to be asking to get busted for it."
