A 17-year-old ban on new strip clubs within Seattle’s city limits has been lifted by U.S. District Judge James Robart.
Deemed by Robart to be “unconstitutional prior restraint,” the ban was one everybody involved expected to see fall, though city officials plan to alternately hamper the strip club industry by attempting to push through a prohibition on lap dancing, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported.
