MIAMI - The SCORE Group brings its world-famous busty models to life in eye-popping 3-D with a new DVD and magazine destined to become instant collectors items.
"Newsstand print magazines need a shot of excitement these days, and 3D is the perfect novelty approach to big boobs," SCORE editor Elliot James told AVN. "Doing a stand-alone DVD was the logical tie-in."
Entitled Rack-O-Rama, the DVD is available through SCORE magazine and its website eboobstore.com and features mega-breasted beauties Christy Marks, Klee Nash, Cindy Cupps and Janet Jade. The disc comes with free 3-D glasses with a standard two-dimensional version of the video included for the faint of heart.
AVN checked out an advance copy of the disc, and the 3-D effects work perfectly. Editor Nelson X called it "the most fun I've had since Friday the 13th Part 3."
"Using the traditional anaglyphic format was the best way to go since the viewers don't need any kind of special player, just the old-fashioned red and cyan glasses," James said.
The July 2008 issue of SCORE uses the same reliable method to make its models pop right off the page.
"We had been meaning to do a 3-D special for years," James told AVN. "Now and then, we receive a reader letter asking about 3-D. Our CEO John Fox felt the time was right."
Hitting newsstands worldwide on April 22, the mag includes a 32-page supplement with three-dimensional photos of such big-bust faves as Crystal Gunns and Summer Sinn and a free DVD that boasts a 3-D bonus scene.
