CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Sandee Johnson, an AVN and XRCO Hall of Famer as Careena Collins, has left her position at Evil Angel to join Justin Slayer International (JSI) as general manager. Johnson worked for John Stagliano for five years, much of the time as foreign sales manager.
Johnson said she unable to pass up "an opportunity of a lifetime. In my 23 years in this business, there are few people I respect as much as John Stagliano. It's been an honor to work for him, as it is an honor to now be a part of a distribution company following in his footsteps-one that empowers producer-directors to truly own their
own product and enjoy the results of their exceptional performance.

Johnson debuted in adult movies as Careena Collins in 1985 at age 18 and was one of the industry's earliest contract girls, with Western Visuals. After porn she attended college and graduated law school with honors. Before joining Evil Angel she worked as advertising manager of the late Bob Tremont's Sundance Publications and served for two years on the Free Speech Coaliton's board of directors.
Slayer himself recently left Evil Angel to form JSI, his own distribution-production company. "It has always been my goal to own and operate a distribution company from the very beginning," he said in a statement. "I witnessed how well Sandee was doing as sales manager of Evil Angel and knew she was the right person to manage the JSI crew."
JSI is now shipping Slayer's Big Booty White Girls 5, CJ Wright's Bumpin' Body Phat and Prince Yahshua's Black Assassin.
