Bonnie Kail, head of the domestic sales department for Platinum X, is leaving the start-up production company for a similar position at Devil’s Films.\\
“I love Platinum X. The people over here have been wonderful. I love Jewel, Dion, etcetera...but chemistry isn't always right and there were some creative differences,” Kail told AVN.com.
Kail was recruited to join Platinum X this February by Red Light District owner Dion Giarrusso, who moonlights as a sales consultant for Platinum X. Prior to Platinum X, Kail had served a five-year stint at Heatwave Entertainment.
“Bonnie’s been great and she’s a very good person and she’s done great for Platinum. Every distributor I know thinks highly of her and I wish her well at Devil’s Films,” said Dion Giarrusso, who consults for Platinum X and was responsible for hiring Kail.
Kail, an industry-veteran with two decades of experience, will start at Devil’s Films on September 2. She will continue working at Platinum X until then, maintaining her current responsibilities as well as training Debbie, Jewel De’Nyle’s mother, to take over as head of domestic sales.
