They’re rookies, they’re babes, they’re branded.
RookieBabe.com officially hit the web yesterday with their mix of fresh new talent, features, forums, and interviews. In other words, it’s not your typical pay site.
“We’re trying to fill a void we felt was present in the market—a website that blend[s] scintillating content for a more sophisticated audience while allowing for a good user interactivity with the models and the community,” says producer Marc K, a longtime photographer, but first-time entrant into the adult marketplace.
The Rookie Babes are all all-natural amateurs, and their exclusive photos are softcore. Many of the girls have modeling and acting aspirations, so it’s not an adult-starlet-in-waiting site, K says.
The site itself, which has been in development for about nine months, is heavy on girls right now, but was designed with the intent to be something more.
“We’re trying to showcase talent in all areas, not just models. Of course right now, the models are a large part of that, but we also want to feature up-and-coming bands, designers, clothing companies, etc.,” K says.
In addition to Rookie Babe itself, the site was launched with an affiliate program already intact, paying out a solid $20 per join.
With any development, the Rookie Babe brand just might prove to be the biggest asset of K’s first venture.
“I really think that is going to be a large part of this. It’s going to be good for partnerships and availability to third parties and other brands,” he says.
