AVN Hall of Famer Ron Jeremy has been tapped as one of the contestants in VH1’s “Surreal Life Fame Games” special.
Jeremy, who starred in “The Surreal Life” two years ago, will compete with fellow show alums in a series of challenges for a chance to win $100,000.
“It’s different than the show because you have to compete in several things, but it was a lot of fun,” said Jeremy, who was joined by fellow show alums Vanilla Ice, Vernon Shroyer, former wrestler China Doll and others during the filming which was completed last week.
The group of 10 celebrities were followed around by cameras while they were kept in a Las Vegas mansion for the program.
The show is scheduled to air in September.
Meanwhile, Jeremy is also featured in the May edition of FHM magazine now on sale, where he talks about being an extra in the 1984 movie “Ghostbusters.”
He said he was in “the theatrical widescreen edition. I’m pretty far off to the side, so I get cut off if you’re watching television,” he told the magazine.
“I’ve appeared in around 20 films where I keep my pants on. I’ve even been credited in movies… I use Hiatt or Hyatt if a company is squeamish about crediting Jeremy.”
