AVN Hall of Fame Member and Metro Interactive contract star Ron Jeremy and Legend Video contract star Mary Carey have been named co-publishers of Swank Magazine.
The two are featured on the magazine’s cover for the November issue, marking the first time in the magazine’s 50-year history that it has featured a man and woman on the cover. The issue will hit the street Tuesday.
“I’ve known those guys at Swank for a long time. In fact I used to write for Stag and Swank when I first got started and now I’m back working with them,” Jeremy said.
“We’ll do some fun layouts and put some good things together to make it stand out, so I’m excited about this.”
Likewise, Carey said she was looking forward to working with Jeremy and the Swank staff.
“I think we have some good ideas about making the Swank better with great articles and hot girls that make people want to buy it,” said Carey who stars in Legend Video’s current release Cash and Carey.
Jeremy, who recently outlasted James Garner and Toby Maguire at ESPN’s World Series of Poker tournament recently, also appears in the current Playboy magazine talking about playing poker.
Meanwhile, Carey said she’ll continue to write her regular sex advice column for the magazine in addition to her new duties as co-publisher.
