HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—As we at AVN know from our own experiences putting on an awards show, to procrastinate is human ... So it's not surprising that the folks at the XRCO Awards are being pounded by last-minute emails about attending the show. Which takes place some 36 hours from now.
That's Saturday, April 11 at 8 p.m., with the red carpet starting at 6 p.m.

The show will take place at Lure nightclub in Hollywood. All adult industry performers and professionals are invited to this free event. The show has switched the traditionally mid-week event to Saturday night. And there are other changes to the event, put on by the X-Rated Critics Organization.
Hosted by adult star Jesse and comedian Thomas Ward, the show will be recorded and broadcast by adult entertainment company Vrai Voyeur. It is the first time the XRCO Awards has been recorded in many years and the first time ever that it will be shot in 3D.
Also slated for the proceedings is a video tribute to adult movie pioneer Lasse Braun. Put together by his son, director Axel Braun, the video will welcome the recently departed Braun into the XRCO Hall of Fame.
On top of all these changes, the XRCO will be breaking out a new trophy design. The new trophies will be handed out by Heart-On Girls Kissa Sins and Dylan Phoenix.
But those who want to go, take note. Your procrastination window is closing.
