Red Light District has secured the rights to the Paris Hilton sex video and will release 1 Night in Paris with exclusive, never-before-seen footage of the hotel heiress in June.

The simultaneous DVD and VHS release will show Hilton engaged in explicit, hardcore sex with Rick Salomon, her former boyfriend who signed an agreement with Red Light District on April 12 after a lengthy bidding war.
Red Light owner David Joseph told AVN.com that he knew Salomon through mutual friends and has been negotiating with him for well over three months. Joseph, who would not comment on the specifics of the deal, said all the legalities of distributing the tape have been fully explored.
"He has presented enough information to us that he does own it," Joseph said.
Salomon had already made some of the footage available at www.trustfundgirls.com, but 1 Night in Paris will give viewers an unprecedented look.
"It's clearly Paris. There's no doubt it's Paris," Joseph said. "She's in the club. She's videotaping herself. … It's reality stuff. People like reality? Well, here it is."
Joseph said Red Light would be distributing 1 Night in Paris worldwide.
"My biggest concern was how many people actually downloaded it from the Internet," he told AVN.com. "But from what I understand, a lot of it was hard to download, it was dropping out. And he didn't let it all go on the Net. There is 40 minutes of never-before-seen footage on this tape. It's better quality. Plus, we're throwing in a couple of bonus scenes, two or three scenes of our best stuff."
Joseph continued, "One of the reasons why I did go after this so aggressively is our company. We've grown tremendously. We are one of the top companies – in this world. I'm hoping people who don't know about Red Light District will know now. I figured if it's going to be done, why not us?
"If we were the only ones, I wouldn't have been interested, but since other companies were trying to get this I stepped up and got aggressive."
Sources say that Vivid Entertainment Group, Hustler Video, Video Team, and at least two other adult companies were involved in the Hilton sweepstakes.
Joseph said he believed he was close to a deal with Salomon over a month ago after a one-hour meeting in the Red Light offices. But then they went about three weeks without any further contact until Salomon called Joseph one afternoon recently and asked if he could meet him at his hotel. The two met for two hours later that day and closed the deal.
"We came to an agreement that night," Joseph said. "What we did that was special was we were communicating with Rick, talking with Rick honestly and he felt more comfortable with us. He told me that maybe it was because of our relationship (that he went with Red Light)," Joseph said.
Salomon was not available for comment at press time.
