Raging Stallion Studios debuted a new-and-improved site this week. Featuring streaming movie trailers for almost all of the more than 100 titles and hundreds of pages of reviews, movies descriptions, and model images, the site was greeted with rave reviews during the test-marketing process, the company says.
Special attention was focused on showcasing Raging Stallion’s “Men of the Year” and the movies in which they appear. Each movie and all of the studio’s hundreds of stars are cross-referenced to facilitate the shopping experience.
“The new RagingStallion.com is one of the finest studio sites ever to be launched on the Web. It really is an amazing achievement and represents a state-of-the-art site,” says Chris Ward, president of Raging Stallion Studios. “We are all thrilled with the new look.”
The site has been integrated with the studio’s Gunzblazing.comaffiliate program. “Our affiliates are now able to monetize their gay traffic better than ever before,” says Brian Randall, director of online services for the company. “DVD sales still account for the lion’s share of revenue in our business, and the intangible goods and hard-copy markets are still mutually exclusive. Now we can provide our affiliates with the ability to convert their gay traffic whether their preferences are for pay site subscriptions or DVDs.”
Affiliates are able to direct-link to individual movie pages, site sections, or model pages depicting all movies in which a model appears. Sales kiosks positioned in affiliate sites and providing the surfer with a smooth and streamlined shopping experience can be deployed quickly and easily. Webmasters can download promotional content packs featuring box covers and glamour and action images for almost every title.
“The system is incredibly flexible and easy to use,” says Ward. “The gay market knows and loves our brand, and we’ve built a system that lets our affiliates capitalize on that with minimum effort—and our payout of 40 percent is the highest in the industry.”
