After more than a year of negotiations and legal headaches, East West Productions has managed to get the rights to several titles originally owned by Max Cohen's Champ Distributors, and later driven into bankruptcy under the management of Western Visuals' Elliot Siegal.\n "We had an impossible time making this happen, because none of the former owners will speak to each other," said East West's Lynda Peters. "But now we're ready to go, and we expect the magazines to do very well. Prude still has a lot of name recognition." \n In addition to Prude, East West will be releasing other former Champ titles Pretty Girls Erotica, Trashy Ladies, Kink-O-Rama, and Tramp.
