Private CEO Joins Anti-AIDS Effort in Africa

Private Media Group Chairman and CEO, Berth Milton, is joining the anti-AIDS effort in Africa by traveling to the continent and assisting local fundraising programs and promoting equal rights for women.

Milton will join with officials from Zemtex Medical who are conducting their “Drive for Africa” fundraising program to battle AIDS which has run rampant in many parts of Africa, Private officials said. Among Zemtex’s fundraising programs is a benefit celebrity golf tournament scheduled for March.

During his 16-day tour, Milton will deliver condoms sponsored by Zemtex as well as make a personal monetary donation to local hospitals and medical facilities. Much of the donation comes from Milton’s personal friends as well as from companies in the adult industry.

Milton’s trip is scheduled to begin on Oct. 1 in Barcelona, where Private is headquartered, and will then head for several parts of Africa where the need for assistance is greatest.

Milton will keep a daily blog, videos and photographs outlining his activities which can be accessed at www.privatelifestyle.com/africa. The site will also have a link for individuals and companies assisting in combating AIDS in Africa.
