Platinum Media announced today that it has finalized a deal to bring in “Reverend” Frank Outlaw to direct some upcoming videos. During the past year almost all of their amateur productions were directed by JB Evans and Mandi Michaels.
Outlaw attended Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana where he majored in film, but had a minor in Christian Ministry (hence the title). His adult resume includes several independent films including My Friend, the Porn star, Who CUMShot the Honor Student and Irish Cream.
“I first attended Bethel College with the intentions of entering the missionary field. I left Bethel College with a degree in filming missionary positions,” joked Rev. Outlaw. “I love making movies. I love sex. Combining the two together wasn’t a hard stretch. Most of my early work was mainstream independent films. I shot a few scenes to send to Platinum Media to show that I could do this work as well. I am very excited to join the company. Look for me at the AVN award show next year.”
“We are thrilled to be adding Frank onto our staff,” said Platinum’s CEO Scott Morgan. “He just happened to contact us at the same time we were beginning to search for some new talent. He sent us some of his work that he had done in the Midwest, and we couldn’t resist bringing him aboard.”
“It was really a no-brainer,” continued Mandi Michaels, former actress and Platinum media executive. “We looked at his material and just knew we had to have him. He brought a sense of art to his work. It was hardcore sex, but with a natural appeal. It was definitely the type of material that we want at Platinum Media.”
When asked why he wanted to get into the adult industry, Rev Frank said, “I was very cautious about what company I wanted to work for. I think adult movies are fun, if they are done right. I don’t like the way some companies degrade women. That is why I wanted to work with JB Evans. His movies celebrate sex the way it should be.”
Outlaw's current projects include Roommate Auditions, Soccer Moms 3, and Extreme Coed Orgies, with 12 other new titles to follow this year.
