LOS ANGELES—Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit, will host a free, online support group focused on building and maintaining healthy relationships. The six-week support group, “Navigating Relationships,” will be led by Pineapple Support therapist Dr. Tracy Moore and will begin at 11 a.m. PST on Monday, February 3.
Learning how to form and sustain healthy relationships requires self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication. This group will explore how to understand personal needs and boundaries while remaining attentive to the feelings, perspectives, and boundaries of others. Participants will be supported in developing skills rooted in trust, respect, mutual support, and constructive conflict resolution.
“Healthy relationships don’t happen by accident, they are learned, practiced, and nurtured,” says Dr. Moore. “In this group, we’ll explore how to communicate openly, listen with intention, and build connections that feel safe, balanced, and authentic. Participants can expect a supportive, interactive space where growth happens through shared experience, reflection, and compassion.”
Pineapple Support was founded by British performer Leya Tanit in 2018, following a series of tragic losses in the adult industry due to depression and other mental health challenges. The organization, a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States, has connected more than 18,000 adult industry professionals with mental health services, including free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.
“Relationships—romantic, professional, and personal—play a huge role in our overall wellbeing,” says Tanit. “This support group gives our community a space to reflect, learn, and grow together, with guidance from an experienced therapist who truly understands the nuances of connection and boundaries. We’re also incredibly grateful to Brazzers for sponsoring this group and helping make these resources accessible to those who need them.”
The six-week “Navigating Relationships” support group begins on Monday, February 3rd a 11 a.m. PST. Sessions will take place online and run weekly at the same time.
