After hearing of the sudden death of Don Lemmon, husband of AVN Hall of Fame performer Asia Carrera, in June, employees of PHE, Inc.(parent company of Adam & Eve) organized a fundraiser for the family of Carrera on Wednesday.
Championed by Marketing Promotions Manager Libby Lynn, employees donated time, food and money for a company lunch with all proceeds going to directly to Carrera. Employees lined up to purchase a lunch of spaghetti and salad, and many people donated extra money to help Carrera's family.
Phil Harvey, Adam & Eve's founder, stood in line with all the other employees to contribute to the charity event.
"We've been Asia fans for many years, and her videos are still very popular with our customers," said Lynn. "When we found out about her husband, we wanted to help her out as much as we could. And we raised more money than we expected."
PHE and the employees of Adam & Eve extend their sympathies and best wishes to Carrera, her daughter Catalina and her soon-to-be-born son, Don Lemmon III.
