Penthouse Magazine has agreed to sponsor race car driver Randy Hannagan.
“We have a good team and a great platform to market Penthouse. I feel lucky to represent them,” Hannagan said.
The magazine, a part of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Penthouse Media Group, is marking the first time it is sponsoring an auto racer. Hannagan races in the World of Outlaws sprint car racing circuit.
“Sprint car racing is one of our newest branding venues and since Penthouse is all about being on the fast track of success, our partnership with Randy Hannagan and his crew seemed a natural fit,” said Penthouse Vice President of Marketing Tricia Austin.
“It’s a unique sport that appeals to a segment of our targeted audience.”
Hannigan is currently in 10th place in the drivers’ points category and eighth in owners’ points.
