LOS ANGELES—Penthouse introduces Lulu Romanova as its September Pet of the Month. A former professional flight attendant-turned-model and influencer, Romanova "brings a love of animals, confidence and personality to her Penthouse debut.”
Originally from Sacramento, Romanova says one of the favorite things about her hometown is a combination of incredible food and proximity to the Sierra Nevada mountains. Her varied background also includes work as a preschool teacher and ski instructor. “If she could choose any career in the world, however, she says it would be as a wildlife rehabilitator due to her deep love for animals,” a Penthouse rep said.
Penthouse photo editor Sam Phillips said she was immediately impressed by Lulu's distinctive look and personality: “The owner of the most insane waist to hip ratio I’ve ever seen is our Penthouse Pet of the Month for September, the lovely Lulu Romanova.
“Lulu was so cool, so beautiful, and an absolute delight to shoot,” Phillips added.
Asked what's the sexiest quality a person could possess, Romanova said, “Confidence.” She credits “humor” as a turn on, and lack of humor (and manners) as a turn off. She described her ideal man as “kind, funny, clean, confident and ambitious,” and her ideal date as “some kind of activity I have never done before ... I’m an adventurous spirit.”
Romanova loves to spend her spare time going to the gym, spending time with her pets, cooking food, going dancing with her friends and traveling. If she could do anything for a day, it would be spending it at a spa with all her besties, the Penthouse rep added. The animal lover is happiest when cuddling with her "fur babies."
Citing winter as her favorite time of year, Romanova said her ideal vacation destination is Reykjavik, Iceland, while her dream place to live is Lake Tahoe. She enjoys Pilates and working with her personal trainer and admits "five pillows are required for a proper night’s sleep.” Skiing is her favorite sports and she says her adventurous spirit is also what gets her into trouble: "I’m always on a side-quest, to a fault.”
