Patrick Thanks Fans for Support of Desperate

Tera Patrick on Friday expressed her gratitude to all the fans, distributors and retailers that have made her latest Vivid movie Desperate No. 1 this past week on AVN’s Top 25 Weekly Rentals and Sales Chart.

“I’m very excited that they’ve made it No. 1,” she told AVN.com in an exclusive interview from Philadelphia, where she is feature dancing at Club Oasis this weekend. “It seems like we’re on a big streak ever since Reign of Tera, and I want to keep it going.

“I’d really like to thank the fans, the retailers and the distributors. The movie is selling great. And we have to give a special, extra thanks to Howard [Levine] and Vivid’s sales team for working so hard to get it out there, and of course, AVN.”

Patrick performs in three scenes in the feature, including a boy/girl with Spyder Jonez, a three-way with Jonez and Shy Love and a girl/girl with fellow Vivid exclusive Monique Alexander. AVN Hall of Fame director Paul Thomas called the shots.

“It’s a different type of movie than what I’ve normally done,” she said. “I think Paul Thomas encourages me do things I wouldn’t normally do. I did some light bondage, which was really fun for me and I had never done that on camera before. PT pushed me a little bit. I think the fans will get excited about my sexually charged performance.”

Patrick continued, “I really enjoyed my three-way scene with Spyder and Shy Love. It was a memorable scene. I really like Shy. We really hit it off when I first got there. I was excited to work with her. She’s really cute.”

Patrick also said that in her scene with Alexander that “I make her cum really, really hard. I’ve had a crush on her for a long time. I’ve gotten to fulfill a lot of fantasies lately.”

Meanwhile, Patrick announced that her production company Teravision plans to release at least 15 titles this year through Vivid Entertainment Group.

“Teravision is releasing one to two movies a month this year, and I’m actually releasing my first anal scene in Teradise Island in June. I also have [Teravision contract girl] Nikki Benz’s first anal in Test Drive coming out in April,” she said.

Patrick added that she has also completed three features in which she works with other male performers aside from her husband and business partner, Evan Seinfeld, aka Spyder Jonez, who this weekend is shooting a VH1 special in Las Vegas.

“It’s been really exciting and fun,” she said. “I’ve had butterflies in my stomach the whole time.”

The Vivid Girl revealed that another new Teravision series coming soon would be the vignette-themed Sexpose, which will feature different girls, such as Sexpose: Nikki Benz, which includes Patrick’s directorial debut.

“I directed my first scene with Nikki and Chris Charming. The butterflies were really going,” Patrick admitted.

Sexpose: Lexie Marie, in which Patrick gets down with Lexie Marie, is also in the works.

The busy starlet indicated that Teravision plans to begin production on Reign of Tera 2: Return to the Asian Love Palace - Tera Reigns Again, in March. It is the sequel to last year's AVN nominated, Best Ethnic-Themed Release - Asian, Reign of Tera.

“I’m having a lot of fun gathering up all the Asian girls in the industry,” Patrick said. “I’d love to get Teanna Kai, I think she’s beautiful, and Charmane Star again. I’d also love to get Sabrine Maui.”

Another interesting project Patrick is co-writing with her assistant Robert is called Motel Hell, which will be punk-rock themed.

“There is so much going on with the production side,” Patrick said. “We’ve met with our distributors on the east coast, IVD, and have gotten positive feedback, so we’re really excited. This is a big year for me. I’m going all out.”

Her plans also include introducing the new Teravision contract girl, Yasmin Taylor, who will join Benz this spring. The Australian beauty Taylor likely will begin shooting in April.

“She’s very excited to work. She has a great personality,” Patrick said, noting that Taylor accompanied her to the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in January, when she signed at the Teravision booth.

Beginning with Teradise Island, which was captured on location in Hawaii, Teravision productions are now all shot in HD.

“We’ll probably go on location again in April, possibly to the south of France,” Patrick said.
