Maxx Padilla, who is formerly of the mainstream management company, The Firm, is now at the helm of the Tera Patrick Agency, which is co-owned by Tera Patrick and her husband Evan Seinfeld.
"We take a different approach to talent representation in the adult industry," Padilla said. "We are interested in creating a lucrative brand for the girls that can sustain into a profitable future. The bottom line is we work for the girls and not the other way around."
The agency is off to a fast start with 22 female performers on its roster in its first 11 weeks. It recently added new starlets such as Julia Bond and Tiffani DiGivanni, who joined the likes of Venus, Nyomi Marcela, Angie Savage, Ice LaFoxx, Devon Lee, April Blossom, Lauren Kain, Britney Manson, Veronica Jett, Lexxi Tyler, Finesse Navaro and former WCW pro wrestler Tylene Buck, aka Major Gunns.
Patrick's production company Teravision recently announced the signing of Nikki Benz and Lucy Lee as its first two contract girls. TPA is also repping Adam & Eve exclusive Austyn Moore.
"We are not just looking for new talent, we are looking for the next elite superstar," Patrick said.
