Ocean Hanx Joins Pineapple Support as Brand Ambassador

LOS ANGELES—Pineapple Support, the adult industry's leading mental health nonprofit, has appointed Ocean Hanx as its latest ambassador. The creator and entrepreneur joins a team of ambassadors dedicated to advocating for mental health awareness and performer support within the adult industry.

Hanx brings a unique perspective to his new role as both a creator and founder. As the founder of Plaiir, a collaboration platform built for creators, he has a firsthand understanding of the pressures of performance, visibility, and entrepreneurship in the adult industry. His commitment to building environments where creators feel supported, respected, and heard makes him a natural fit for the Pineapple Support mission.

"Success in this industry should never come at the cost of mental health," says Hanx. "Having experienced those pressures firsthand, I know how important it is to have spaces where creators feel supported and heard. I am proud to join Pineapple Support in advocating for mental health awareness and encouraging open, honest conversations about emotional wellbeing in our community."

Founded in 2018 by British performer Leya Tanit following a series of tragic losses in the adult industry, Pineapple Support is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has connected more than 19,000 adult industry professionals with free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.

"We are thrilled to welcome Ocean to our ambassador team," says Tanit. "His experience as both a creator and a platform founder gives him a distinctive voice in our community. Ocean's dedication to building supportive spaces for creators aligns perfectly with our mission, and we look forward to the conversations he will help us start."
