Internet solutions company OC3 Networks has acquired Tear 2 LLC, a hosting company geared toward the online adult entertainment industry. OC3 Networks immediately will begin merging Tear 2’s operations with its own, and, aside from a few non-technical changes such as billing and payment methods, customers will be unaffected by the acquisition.

OC3 Networks is a privately held LLC. The company has been providing bandwidth, co-location, and hosting solutions since 1999.
