"Ask Nyomi: Bridging the Gap" will address "Love & Mental Health” during Thursday episodes at 6 p.m. PT. The weekly podcast will feature resident expert Dr. Will Washington with weekly topics and guests, including:

• May 8—"Supporting a Partner With Mental Health Challenges” with Aqueelah Wheatley, marriage and family therapist.
• May 15—"Couples Therapy & Mental Health” with Terrie Christie, celebrity relationship coach.
• May 22—"Generational Mental Health & Relationships” with Dr. Lori Beth Bisbey, clinical psychologist.

The daily "The Season of Self Love" podcast will present "Nurturing Relationships" with daily episodes focused on fostering healthy connections, featuring:

• Daily mental health and relationship insights
• Practical self-care strategies
• Exclusive "Year of Rebirth" workbook companion
• Interactive community challenges

"This dual-platform approach, with Dr. Will Washington's consistent expertise and our amazing guest lineup, creates a comprehensive support system for our community," Banks said.

The initiative also will feature an interactive seven-day Mental Health Challenge, a Mental Health America fundraising campaign, limited edition "Mind & Heart Collection" merchandise, and a "Year of Rebirth" workbook launch.

Banks, who is also a member of the Urban X Awards Hall of Fame (2018), “has successfully transformed her extensive industry experience into a platform focused on relationship education and personal empowerment. Her podcast, which streams live weekly, has become a go-to resource for authentic discussions about relationships, intimacy and personal growth,” a representative said.

Both shows will be available across major podcast platforms including Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music.
