NuTech Digital Ordered To Pay Monies

NuTech Digital, Inc. has been ordered by a Los Angeles Superior Court to pay $292,000 to plaintiff Ken Groove for distributing numerous video titles owned by Groove, according to Groove's Beverly Hills attorney Lawrence Ecoff.

NuTech reportedly tendered three checks, totaling $292,000, with insufficient funds to plaintiff Groove.

The court has found that Groove has a probability of success on the merits of his lawsuit and ordered a pre-judgment award called a Right to Attached Order to secure monies.
